The Consumer Banker will work with existing FFB clients and prospect for new FFB clients to deepen client relationships by both booking business directly and by referring, as appropriate, to internal business partners such as Mortgage, Wealth, Small Business Banker Commercial, and Treasury Management. This role involves performing necessary functions to open accounts and perform maintenance, potentially running a Teller drawer, and supporting client engagement through active calling, client conversations, and follow-up. Daily activities align with The First Financial Bank Experience (FFB Experience), including partnering with internal constituencies, ensuring client follow-up calls are conducted in a timely manner, and maintaining operational and risk management standards. Other duties may be assigned to assist clients with transactions via branch, drive-thru, phone, and email. The Consumer Banker is responsible for adhering to all compliance and regulatory procedures, tracking and reporting business results, and partnering with District Specialists to execute retail strategies. The role functions as a client's personal trusted advisor by adding value and building deep client relationships using the First Client Conversation Model. Participation and leadership in the First Financial Bank Experience through active involvement in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities is expected. The Consumer Banker will consistently meet or exceed sales, service, and referral goals through team collaboration and by assisting clients with their financial needs. Additionally, the role provides digital assistance and service for clients utilizing the bank's online offerings and stays informed about all bank products, processes, and procedures.
