About The Position

Everpure is building the Enterprise Data Cloud — data unified, governed and understood as one intelligent system, and the foundation enterprises build AI on. This role is the technical owner of strategic alliance partnerships. You will be embedded with partner teams, building joint solutions that both companies take to market. This is a partner-facing, solution-led role focused on designing integrations, validating architectures, and creating technical content to enable field organizations. You will act as a conduit, bringing partner requirements back to Everpure Product Management and representing Everpure's roadmap to partners. The goal is to drive business through these partnerships by creating innovative joint solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership, with a demonstrable record of building partner or alliance-led business.
• Direct experience working with technology alliance partners, and a real understanding of how joint solutions get built, certified, launched, and sold by two organizations at once.
• Commercial fluency: Comfortable connecting technical design decisions to joint pipeline, revenue, and the partner's business model.
• Track record of influencing product direction based on partner and market evidence.
• Technical credibility in modern data platform architecture: block, file, and object storage, unstructured data at scale, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes, and as-a-service models.
• Strong working knowledge of compute, database, networking, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with emerging areas including AI/ML data pipelines and data governance and classification.
• Fluent in cyber resilience, data protection architecture, virtualization migration dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Practical command of integration and API-driven infrastructure.
• Discipline of validated reference architecture.
• Product experience across technology vendors within the relevant region.
• Outstanding written, diagrammatic, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Executive presence to engage with partner CTOs and lead joint architecture sessions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the broader Everpure organization and influence without authority in both companies.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset.
• Combines strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
• Thrives in ambiguity and pace, prioritizes ruthlessly, and drives for results with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Build the joint solution: Own the technical definition of joint solutions with Alliance Partners end to end, including use case selection, reference architecture, integration design, validation, and publication.
• Prove the solution works: Run joint labs, interoperability testing, and validated designs.
• Design across the full Everpure platform, considering how partner technology is deployed and consumed.
• Prioritize ruthlessly to create a small number of impactful joint solutions.
• Be the conduit to Product Management: Bring partner requirements back to Everpure Product Management with clarity and evidence, and represent Everpure's roadmap to partner teams.
• Maintain the working relationship between engineering and product organizations to resolve issues.
• Gather and structure feedback continuously.
• Drive business through the partnership: Translate joint solutions into pipeline, define plays, target use cases, and qualification criteria.
• Build the technical evidence base: Develop positioning, competitive differentiation, proof points, and reference outcomes.
• Work with Alliance and sales leadership on the joint go-to-market plan.
• Support partner's field and sales teams as the escalation point on joint solution architecture.
• Build technical credibility with the partner: Establish yourself as the trusted technical voice.
• Enable the partner's technical community to position and design Everpure autonomously.
• Grow a population of partner-side technical champions.
• Create reusable technical assets: Produce reference architectures, validated designs, sizing and scaling guidance, and deployment/integration guides.
• Build enablement content and deliver it to both organizations' technical communities.
• Represent Everpure at partner-facing events, joint roadshows, webinars, and technical workshops.
• Work across Everpure: Orchestrate specialist and engineering support, and work with the wider Global Partner Technical Organisation for reusability across alliances.
