About The Position

The Project Manager is accountable for managing moderate-size, moderately complex project orders—including customer, affiliate, and recall projects—from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closeout. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer requirements while protecting financial performance and project margin. The Project Manager validates the statement of work and contract terms with customers, develops and communicates project schedules, and coordinates with internal manufacturing facilities, third-party vendors, subcontractors, and project teams. The role monitors project execution and performance, resolves issues, administers contracts, reports on schedules and risks, and supports closeout by verifying equipment arrival, installation, startup, training, and financial reconciliation. The role also supports quotation preparation when requested, proposes alternate products or value-engineering options, and contributes improvements to project execution processes, documentation, and tools. This is a full-time U.S.-based position with an expected annual pay range of USD 101,600–152,400, inclusive of base pay and short-term incentives. Schneider Electric describes a collaborative, inclusive workplace and offers opportunities to develop expertise and leadership capabilities.
