About The Position

Digineox’s paid, fixed-term 12-month Development Program is designed for early-career applicants and career changers who want to develop into capable consultants. Participants receive training, coaching, formal learning sessions, guided self-study, and supervised experience on real client projects. Prior consulting or professional experience is not required. Responsibilities grow as participants demonstrate capability. A permanent position is not guaranteed; at the end of the program, performance, learning progress, delivery quality, and business needs are reviewed, and strong performers may be offered a full-time role at Digineox.

The role is based in Houston for participants who live locally and can attend in-person learning and project work, or remotely for participants available for an agreed overlap with US business hours. Houston participants receive competitive hourly pay. International pay is set at or above the local market and based on skills, experience, and assessment results. Pay and benefits may vary by location and engaging entity.

Requirements

• Prior consulting or professional experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn to analyze business problems, ask useful questions, and develop practical solutions.
