About The Position
We are looking for Freelance Consultant Trainers to support a global training project for a luxury automotive brand. CXG is a global business with 12 offices and operations in 70 countries, serving over 200 luxury clients with a team of over 160 professionals. CXG specializes in evolving, elevating, and transforming experiences to bring brand promises to life, offering strategic solutions that impact performance and enhance the customer experience for iconic premium and luxury brands.
Requirements
- Proven experience in training delivery and workshop facilitation
- Strong background in the automotive industry (premium/luxury preferred)
- Ability to deliver interactive training formats beyond traditional presentations
- Confidence in managing group dynamics and engaging diverse audiences
- Experience working with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders
- Fluency in the local language of your market
- Good level of English for coordination with global teams
- Freelance availability and flexibility for project-based assignment
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and/or remote training sessions for client teams
- Facilitate interactive workshops with a strong focus on engagement and participation
- Adapt training delivery to local market context while maintaining global standards
- Collaborate with CXG teams on training preparation and alignment
- Support Train-the-Trainer sessions when required
- Contribute to content localisation and continuous improvement of training materials
- Engage confidently with client-facing teams and senior stakeholders
