Requirements
- Hands on experience connecting or working with manufacturing equipment data, telemetry, or IIoT sources.
- Ability to transform raw machine/process data into actionable insights, not just dashboards.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools used in manufacturing or industrial contexts.
- Comfort working across OT, IT, engineering, and operations in a plant environment.
- Proven ability to operate independently in a contract role with minimal direction.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

- Exposure to reliability, asset performance, predictive maintenance, or process monitoring use cases.
- Familiarity with structured deployment playbooks, continuous improvement cadences, and sustainment models.
Responsibilities
- Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the team
- Participate in design meetings, create initial design concepts, and support the development of design sketches and models using established engineering tools and techniques
- Participate in iterative engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and coordinate with teams to implement feedback effectively
- Develop and refine solution specifications and perform validation activities, including simulations, to ensure that engineering solutions meet design specifications and criteria
- Build and refine prototypes, incorporating testing results and feedback received from cross-functional team, to enhance functionality
- Undertake technical integration efforts, ensure system functionality, identify and resolve interoperability issues
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist in organizing knowledge-sharing sessions among team members
