You’ll understand business strategies and goals so you can drive initiatives that promote a high-performing, inclusive culture. This role partners closely with HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) and key stakeholders to offer strategic partnership, critical thinking, leading projects, data analysis, organizational change, and talent growth.
