Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, or a related field.
Previous consulting experience with the SR&ED program.
Proven client relationship management experience.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required. This position involves regular verbal and written communication with non-French-speaking clients across Canada.

Nice To Haves

Experience or strong knowledge in manufacturing (plastics, metals) or food processing is considered an asset.
Basic accounting knowledge; CPA designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

Evaluate client projects and activities within the framework of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit program.
Plan, organize, and manage SR&ED credit applications, including conducting interviews with technical teams and structuring projects according to government criteria.
Write the required technical reports related to eligible expenses.
Analyze client documentation systems, train teams, and implement strategies to maximize application benefits, leveraging Ayming's methodologies and tools.
Advise clients and represent them during Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) reviews.
Identify opportunities within client activities to recommend other financing programs, tax credits, grants, and cost optimization services offered by Ayming.
