About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Automation, or a related field.
  • Previous consulting experience with the SR&ED program.
  • Proven client relationship management experience.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required. This position involves regular verbal and written communication with non-French-speaking clients across Canada.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience or strong knowledge in manufacturing (plastics, metals) or food processing is considered an asset.
  • Basic accounting knowledge; CPA designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client projects and activities within the framework of the Scientific Research and Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax credit program.
  • Plan, organize, and manage SR&ED credit applications, including conducting interviews with technical teams and structuring projects according to government criteria.
  • Write the required technical reports related to eligible expenses.
  • Analyze client documentation systems, train teams, and implement strategies to maximize application benefits, leveraging Ayming's methodologies and tools.
  • Advise clients and represent them during Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) reviews.
  • Identify opportunities within client activities to recommend other financing programs, tax credits, grants, and cost optimization services offered by Ayming.
