Requirements

Recognized for their analytical skills and structured approach to performance improvement
Ability to build strong business relationships and positively influence partners
Strong autonomy, rigor, and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Customer-focused mindset and ability to transfer knowledge effectively
Several years of experience in consultative sales, dealer services, or a financial and automotive environment
Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves communicating with English-speaking partners, suppliers, or clients in interactions with dealerships and external stakeholders on an occasional to regular basis.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing action plans aimed at improving dealership performance, based on their needs, objectives, and the P.A.C.T.E./Lean methodology
Advising and supporting dealerships and their teams (sales, finance, and management) to optimize operations, financial results, and business practices
Building and maintaining strong, long-term business relationships with dealerships by delivering personalized, high-quality advisory services
Training, coaching, and supporting Finance Managers in developing their skills, ensuring compliance, and achieving performance objectives
Monitoring activities, results, and performance indicators using corporate tools (e.g., Salesforce, Unifie 2.0)
