About The Position

The Coordinated Access Department at CAMH is leading the planning, implementation, and operation of the Toronto Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Hub, a key provincial initiative aimed at improving timely access to care across the lifespan. The MHA Hub will serve as a centralized entry point for Ontario Health-funded mental health and addiction services across the Toronto Region. The MHA Hub will receive, process and route referrals to the most appropriate mental health and addictions service based on patient care need and service criteria. The Hub will operate in alignment to provincial program standards and technology systems. The Consultant, Coordinated Access is a senior team member operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role leads technology readiness, implementation, and adoption initiatives for the MHA Hub, working closely with provincial and regional partners. The Consultant is also responsible for building and sustaining strong strategic relationships with senior and executive leaders at CAMH, Ontario Health (including COE and regional teams), service providers, and other key stakeholders. Travel to CAMH and partner sites may be required based on business needs.
