If you thrive in a busy, engaging work environment, we want to know more about you As a Consultant , you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for your area, establishing objectives and key results, including goal-setting framework that helps business and technology set objectives and track outcomes. Define, track and work with teams to implement and participate in periodic business reviews to business evaluate progress towards objectives and help ensure that all teams are aligned with the overall strategic direction of Personal Lines and our business partners. You will also: Support advancement of the unified digital ecosystem by analyzing platform interactions, documenting friction points, and translating product vision and problem statements into clear, actionable tasks and deliverables for the squad(s). Conduct current‑state discovery by gathering partner inputs, identifying pain points and process gaps, and documenting baseline processes, supporting artifacts, and insights that highlight duplication, dependencies, or operational barriers. Contribute to future‑state design by translating defined vision, problem statements, and design principles into detailed workflows, journey steps, process maps, and supporting documentation—ultimately shaping these into epics that are handed off to squads for development of requirements, stories, features, and related deliverables. Create and maintain experience design artifacts—including narratives, use case definitions, and feature or epic inputs—to support backlog refinement, prioritization, and experience criteria definition within the squad. Partner with UX, Product, Research, and Technology team members to support digital and AI initiatives by helping define use cases, assisting with feasibility inputs, supporting pilot execution tasks, gathering user feedback, and documenting approach and Epics Analyze current-state processes to surface operational pain points and collaboratively assist stakeholders in developing simplified, scalable future-state processes. Support business case inputs by capturing risks, benefits, and operational impacts. Coordinate day-to-day with UX, Technology, Product, and Business partners to ensure alignment on requirements and designs, surface risks or deviations early, and support readiness activities within the squad. Help validate end-to-end experience continuity by reviewing flows across teams, identifying gaps or misalignments, and supporting adoption activities through documentation, communication materials, and training aids. Monitor experience consistency by identifying where designs diverge across channels or systems and providing recommendations or refinements based on design guidelines and standards. Use digital, behavioral, and operational data to identify friction points and unmet needs, conduct basic root cause analysis, and summarize research, analytics, and insights into actionable recommendations for the squad. Help evaluate experience enhancements by tracking agreed-upon metrics, documenting impacts, and supporting user‑centered, data-informed decision-making for iterative improvement cycles. Participate in continuous improvement cycles by monitoring experience health indicators, reviewing insights from business intelligence and research teams, and helping refine journey-level experience recommendations. Actively contribute in cross-functional workshops and alignment sessions to clarify scope, identify dependencies, capture decisions, and ensure alignment across squads.
