The Operations, Transformation and Automation team is responsible for building and supporting instrumentation, analytics, automation, reporting, and capacity management capabilities. The team is committed to streamlining processes through simplification and automation to improve operations and better serve partners and clients. The Consultant, Automation & Analytics develops solutions using self-serve tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, VBA, Alteryx, Azure DevOps, and Tableau to address business problems. This role assists in resolving routine and non-routine operational problems by investigating, analyzing, and providing recommendations on compliance issues, policy changes, operational controls, risk assessment, and control activities. The Consultant provides technical leadership to develop precise steps and processing logic across all platforms, ensuring designed specifications meet business needs. Additionally, the role offers comprehensive senior-level technical consulting to other senior management and technical teams, and consults with senior management on a wide spectrum of existing and emerging infrastructure technologies. The role translates user requirements into process and data requirements and develops solutions with far-reaching impact, often making technology selection decisions when business requirements are not completely defined. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of business analytics and possess an automation mindset, requiring adaptability and the ability to think outside-the-box in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
