Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 Years of experience in healthcare analytics and reporting
  • 2-4 Years of experience in data quality
  • 3-6 Years of experience working with health care claims data

Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee all client-facing reporting within the Cedar Gate platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the entire Lucent Health book of business.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with Cedar Gate and other external vendors to ensure all reporting requirements are effectively met.
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy across Lucent Health’s analytics platforms by leveraging tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Cedar Gate to deliver consistent, high-quality reporting.
  • Partner closely with the Client Services team to ensure client reporting needs are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • Provide consultative support to clients and Client Services regarding the reporting platform, including interpreting data to inform and support strategic decision-making.
  • Deliver training and educational support to the Client Services team to enhance proficiency and confidence in utilizing client-facing reporting tools and insights.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Client Services team, ensuring accountability and performance aligned with Lucent Health’s operational and reporting standards.
  • Support Client Services and the Chief Client Service Leader with additional reporting requirements as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.
