About The Position

This is an opportunity to be part of opening a brand-new retail location from the ground up with a growing company that's investing in its people, its projects, and its future. The role supports the installation and completion of manufactured and modular homes. Based on experience, individuals will focus on one or more of these areas: Site Work / Excavation (Land prep, grading, utilities, concrete, equipment operation), Home Set Up / Installation (Positioning homes, structural assembly, roofing, siding, exterior builds), or Finish Construction (Drywall, trim, paint, cabinetry, final interior details). Team members will also work safely and efficiently, support their crew and other trades, keep job sites clean and organized, and help deliver high-quality finished homes.

Requirements

Construction experience (trade-specific skills) - experience is required!
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team-oriented mindset
Ability to follow direction and adapt
Mechanical aptitude and tool experience
Pride in doing quality work
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Clear background check & drug screening
Willingness to travel occasionally (per diem provided)

Responsibilities

Land prep, grading, utilities, concrete, equipment operation
