About The Position

WECTEC Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Nuclear-Level 4 for a 1-year contract assignment at Seabrook Station. This role involves coordinating and overseeing contractor and vendor work activities, assessing labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance. The supervisor will conduct documented field observations to ensure adherence to industrial safety, Nuclear safety, and human performance standards, and perform walk downs to verify constructability and resolve field issues.

Requirements

Working knowledge of project estimating, budgeting, cost tracking, and cost control.
Strong field leadership.
Ability to drive safety and quality performance in a regulated nuclear environment.
3+ years of experience at a nuclear facility preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinating and overseeing work activities performed by contractors and vendors at Seabrook Station.
Assessing labor productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance by craft in the field.
Conducting documented field observations to ensure the supplemental labor force follows the highest standards of industrial safety, Nuclear safety, and human performance.
Performing walk downs of planned and ongoing work to verify constructability, resource allocations, and design requirements, resolving field issues as they arise.
