Our senior management team has more than 100 years of facility maintenance, repair, renovation and construction experience, primarily serving the U.S. Government. This position is located in Anchorage, AK. Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • OSHA 30 Training
  • A minimum of 3 years in Construction with a preference for Federal/DOD work
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft® Office programs
  • Construction management experience
  • Federal government or DOD experience in construction
  • First Aid/CPR certified
  • Federal government or DOD experience in construction
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results.
  • Obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.

Responsibilities

  • On-site implementation and coordination of the project plans per the SOW
  • Schedule and execute all phases of construction
  • Estimating experience including RSMeans
  • Attendance at regular internal and external tailgates meetings including daily discussions on project health and safety
  • Preparation of daily reports with Project Manager, Site Safety & Health Officer and QCM
  • Review and processing of project submittals
  • Active role in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with all on site staff
  • Coordination with on-site subs
  • Other duties as assigned
