Construction Superintendent
About The Position
Uprite Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead an industrial ground-up tilt-up construction project in Palm Springs, California. The role oversees field operations from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, crews, schedules, jobsite logistics, concrete operations, tilt-up panel erection, structural work, and subsequent construction phases. The Superintendent maintains schedules, addresses delays and field challenges, enforces safety and regulatory compliance, monitors quality, resolves field issues, and ensures work meets project specifications. The role also involves working with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and subcontractors; leading subcontractor meetings; communicating project progress; and managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout. Travel or work at project locations as needed is required, and traveling Superintendent experience is strongly preferred. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Superintendent overseeing ground-up commercial or industrial construction.
- Experience in industrial concrete tilt-up construction.
- Experience managing industrial warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or similar projects.
- Strong understanding of concrete operations, panel erection, structural systems, and site development.
- Ability to independently manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and field operations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel or work at project locations as needed.

- Traveling Superintendent experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities

- Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout activities.
