Construction Superintendent
About The Position
DeLeers Construction is expanding its team and has an opening for an experienced Superintendent. This role involves being the on-site lead for multiple unique commercial projects (office spaces, religious buildings, restaurants, etc.) and potentially some high-end residential projects. The Superintendent will communicate with project managers, trade partners, and DeLeers crew leads to address questions and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. A key responsibility is maintaining site safety, ensuring all trade partners and employees adhere to OSHA and DeLeers safety requirements. Some hands-on work is also expected.
Requirements
- Prior experience in all areas of carpentry, including framing, siding, and finish/trim work.
- Superior problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Professional communication skills to interact with field associates, trade partners, and owners.
- Valid driver's license.
- Meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards.
Nice To Haves
- 5+ years of experience in leadership, project management, or superintendent work on commercial projects.
