About The Position

The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. This role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met. The Superintendent will also monitor project budgets, lead and mentor on-site teams, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• OSHA 30 required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Inspect work performed by subcontractors to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report any variances to the project manager.
• Supervise and mentor on-site construction teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
