They are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to take the lead on luxury residential projects from groundbreaking to hand-off. Requirements

• Proven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
• A patient, service-oriented approach.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for extended hours when necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus.
