This role is for an organized, proactive, and client-focused High-End Residential Construction Project Manager with strong scheduling, communication, and leadership skills. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning through completion, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will serve as the lead communicator for clients and project teams, building trust, aligning expectations, and maintaining clarity throughout the entire project lifecycle. The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously while anticipating challenges before they impact schedule or budget. Success in this position requires strong organization, professionalism, and comfort using construction management software, scheduling tools, and digital communication systems. Project Managers are valued assets, contributing to projects that set the standard for luxury residential construction in Alexandria and the Metro DC area.

Requirements

5+ years of Residential Construction Project Management experience
Experience managing custom homes, luxury renovations, or high-end residential construction projects
Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
Experience collaborating with architects, designers, and trade partners
Client-first mindset with a commitment to exceptional service
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced construction environment
Proficiency with construction technology and project management software
Strong decision-making ability and time management skills

Responsibilities

Manage high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion while protecting schedule, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate and lead project teams including subcontractors, suppliers, architects, and designers
Develop and manage construction schedules, budgets, procurement, and project timelines
Conduct site visits and project meetings to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans and specifications
Anticipate potential problems and proactively develop solutions to maintain project momentum
Provide clear project updates to homeowners, leadership, and stakeholders
Build strong relationships with clients while serving as a trusted advisor throughout construction
Deliver exceptional service that creates raving fans and clients for life
Collaborate with architects, designers, and local trade partners to ensure successful project outcomes
