Requirements

• The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, solutions-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
• 3+ years of residential construction experience , preferably in high-end or custom homes
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, jobsite coordination, and trade management
• Proven ability to lead crews, maintain schedules, and ensure quality standards are met
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to jobsite safety and cleanliness
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to meet project demands

Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations from project start through completion
• Coordinate and oversee trade partners to ensure work is executed on schedule and to Pinemar's standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused jobsite that reflects our commitment to professionalism
• Assist in project setup and pre-construction planning, including site logistics, trade coordination, and constructability reviews
• Take ownership of on-site quality control, proactively identifying and addressing issues to ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and craftsmanship expectations
• Drive short-term schedule performance, tracking daily and weekly progress while holding trade partners accountable to commitments
• Monitor material deliveries and site inventory, ensuring accuracy, proper storage, and readiness to avoid delays
• Foster strong trade partner relationships, reinforcing expectations around quality, communication, and jobsite standards
• Support the client experience by maintaining a professional jobsite environment and assisting with walkthrough readiness
• Assist with field documentation, including daily logs, site photos, and progress updates to ensure clear communication with the Superintendent and internal team
• Help lead project closeout, coordinating punch list completion and ensuring the final product meets Pinemar's high standards
