Construction Solution Manager
About The Position
Buildots is seeking a Construction Solution Manager to join their Operations department. This role is responsible for creating the framework of the Digital Twin for clients' construction projects by integrating models, schedules, and construction insights with Buildots' methodologies. The Construction Solutions group comprises experienced construction professionals who manage projects from setup to ongoing maintenance, engaging directly with clients and collaborating with Customer Success to ensure the platform delivers value. The team operates regionally to provide global coverage, adapting tools and methods to unique regional requirements and leveraging local market expertise. This role is ideal for construction professionals transitioning into the technology industry while utilizing their existing construction knowledge.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects
- Engineering (civil/structural) or equivalent, or construction management degree
- Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modelling software
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced, dynamic and changeable environment
- Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
- Great interpersonal skills & interface management - ability to professionally communicate with our clients; manage discovery sessions, and effectively communicate with construction professionals on site and remotely.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office and G Suite.

- Experience working on complex buildings such as hospitals and data centers
- Experience with Navisworks
- Experience with Power Project, P6, Microsoft Project.

Responsibilities
- Bring construction knowledge to the creation of the ‘Buildots solution’ for global construction projects.
- Conduct frequent construction-focused technical discussions with customers.
- Act as a construction expert within the company to guide other internal teams.
- Create a digital twin by working with Buildots design guidelines and clients’ specific requirements, maximizing the value of the Buildots Platform and serving client needs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand the complexities of specific project’s construction methodologies to create a Buildots system that accurately represents the client’s building process.
- Contribute to the optimization of the unique design methodology to improve quality and tools.
- Take a prominent part in clients’ implementation stage by meeting clients at discovery sessions, understanding their specific needs, and representing Buildots product and strategy.
- Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management and Product, to support the project and clients' needs.
