About The Position

Buildots is seeking a Construction Solution Manager to join their Operations department. This role is part of a prominent professional arm responsible for creating the framework of the Digital Twin for clients' construction projects. It involves integrating client models, schedules, and construction insights with Buildots' methodologies into an accurate digital representation. The group comprises skilled construction industry professionals with extensive regional experience and Buildots platform expertise, owning projects from setup to maintenance. They engage directly with clients and collaborate with Customer Success to connect on-site realities with product capabilities, ensuring value delivery. The regional structure provides global coverage, aligning tools and methods with unique regional requirements and local market expertise. This role is ideal for construction professionals transitioning into the technology industry while leveraging their expert construction knowledge.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven operational experience in construction projects
• Strong working knowledge of MEP systems and installations.
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills.
• Great interpersonal skills & interface management - ability to professionally communicate with clients; manage discovery sessions, and effectively communicate with construction professionals on site and remotely.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Tech savvy, proficient in computer applications, MS Office and G Suite.

Nice To Haves

• Engineering (civil/structural) or equivalent, or construction management degree
• Strong working knowledge of BIM environment and 3D modeling software
• Experience working on complex buildings such as hospitals and data centers
• Experience with Navisworks
• Experience with Power Project, P6, Microsoft Project.
• Experience working in a tech company

Responsibilities

• Bring construction knowledge to the creation of the ‘Buildots solution’ for global construction projects.
• Conduct frequent construction-focused technical discussions with customers.
• Act as a construction expert within the company to guide other internal teams.
• Work according to Buildots design guidelines and clients’ specific requirements to create a digital twin that maximizes the value of the Buildots Platform and serves the client’s needs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Understand the complexities of specific project’s construction methodologies to create a Buildots system that accurately represents how the client will be building the project.
• Contribute to the optimization of Buildots' unique design methodology to improve quality and tools.
• Take a prominent part in clients’ implementation stage, meeting clients at discovery sessions, understanding their specific needs, and representing Buildots product and strategy.
• Collaborate with various teams, such as Customer Success, Account Management, and Product, to support the project and clients' needs.
