About The Position
United Contractor Services is seeking a Construction Site Safety Manager with a strong work ethic, sharp problem-solving instincts, and a genuine commitment to keeping people safe. This role is central to how the company operates, serving as the driving force behind safety training, compliance, and fostering a culture where every employee goes home safely. A key priority is ensuring that both office and field personnel are fully trained in all applicable safety programs, protocols, and federal and state regulations.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on construction safety experience.
- Active OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Model and promote strong, productive leadership across all safety functions.
- Execute and sustain daily implementation of company safety programs on active job sites.
- Lead onsite safety training sessions for employees and subcontractors, and coordinate regular workshops.
