About The Position

JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for its Strategic Initiatives team to lead strategic building initiatives across a distributed, multi-site portfolio. The position is hybrid, requires up to 40% travel, and is based at one of the listed on-site locations: Los Angeles, Sacramento, or Seattle. The Senior Project Manager manages projects from initiation through closeout, monitoring scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, contractor performance, and documentation. The role works with construction team members and partners across engineering, operations, sustainability, finance, and procurement, as well as local site contacts, facility managers, regional stakeholders, and service providers. It also tracks project costs, savings, ROI, energy reduction, and sustainability outcomes, and uses program management tools including Ingenious.Build. Site visits are required. The position may involve occasional evening or weekend work to accommodate project schedules or client needs. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis until a candidate is identified.
