About The Position

Keville Enterprises Inc., an established Construction Management Consulting & Inspection firm, is seeking a full-time Construction Scheduler to join a rail-based program management team in Northern Virginia. Work will be performed at the Client site in Hyattsville, MD. Requirements

BS in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Engineering, Construction or Construction Management required with a focus on scheduling
Proficiency with software "Primavera P6" is a must
Thorough understanding of and experience in construction scheduling, program scheduling, and cost & resource loading required
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Experience in Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite applications of Outlook, Word
Skilled at performing data evaluation, formulas and metrics in Excel

Nice To Haves

PE, CCM, PSP or PMI certifications desired
PMP certification is preferred
Rail and Transit / Heavy Construction / Highway / Bridge / Water experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Reviewing and analyzing contractor baseline schedules, and monthly contractor update schedules
Making recommendations to mitigate delays
Completing project status reports on rail and transit projects
Development of design schedules
Development and maintenance of program level master schedules
Attending schedule-related meetings with program/project management teams to discuss schedule issues
Attending all progress meetings for assigned projects
Cash Flow Forecasting
Integrated Master Schedule Development
Critical Path Management and Reporting
Resource & Cost Loaded Schedules and Progress Curve Development
Look Ahead Schedules
Development of Monthly Status Reports
