About The Position

The Project Controls team is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to be responsible for the scheduling of various construction projects. Immigration sponsorship is not available, except for qualified candidates eligible for TN visa classification.

Responsibilities
- Tracks the status of critical activities impacting the project
- Monitors program milestones and interdependencies
- Analyzes project planning, schedule updates and delays
- Provides alerts on items impacting the project schedule
- Identifies the critical path and suggests alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule
- Develop strategies for negotiating claims
- Provides technical support in claims litigation
- Write and prepare technical reports
- Attend meetings and lead discussions on project status
- Perform other related duties as assigned
