About The Position

The Project Controls team is seeking a Construction Scheduler in Washington, D.C. to be responsible for the scheduling of various construction projects. Immigration sponsorship or support is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification.

Responsibilities
- Tracks the status of critical activities impacting the project
- Monitors program milestones and interdependencies
- Analyzes project planning, schedule updates and delays
- Provides alerts on items impacting the project schedule
- Identifies the critical path and suggests alternatives to regain slippage to the schedule
- Develop strategies for negotiating claims
- Provides technical support in claims litigation
- Write and prepare technical reports
- Attend meetings and lead discussions on project status
- Perform other related duties as assigned
