About The Position

Southwest Building Solutions is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for high-ticket B2C sales. This role is designed for closers who desire uncapped income, benefit from strong inbound demand, and want the support of a well-established brand. The company has a strong reputation for quality and integrity in building steel buildings across Arizona. This position offers a proven sales process, clear expectations, and the autonomy to manage your pipeline without micromanagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2C or high-ticket consumer sales, strong closing skills, and the ability to manage longer sales cycles. Construction or home services sales experience is considered a plus.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2C or high-ticket consumer sales
  • Strong follow-up, communication, and closing skills
  • Comfortable selling custom solutions with longer sales cycles
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout Arizona

  • Construction or home services sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with homeowners and property owners (B2C)
  • Convert inbound leads and referrals into closed deals
  • Conduct site visits and present customized solutions
  • Manage your pipeline using HubSpot
  • Coordinate with internal teams to move projects from sale to build
