Requirements

2+ years of experience in the solid waste industry or a related industrial field (construction, logistics, heavy equipment).
A verifiable track record of exceeding revenue quotas and "hunting" new business in a B2B environment.
Excel at building rapport with both the "boots on the ground" at the jobsite and the "suits in the office" making procurement decisions.
Thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments and don't need a map to find the next big opportunity.
Willingness to perform site visits and engage directly with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a clinical sales strategy to acquire high-value construction and industrial accounts.
Act as a strategic partner to your clients, offering specialized waste and environmental solutions that keep their jobsites compliant and efficient.
Manage, retain, and "upsell" within an existing book of business, ensuring we are the primary provider for all their service needs.
Stay ahead of the curve by tracking local development projects, competitive shifts, and infrastructure trends to position our services first.
Represent the brand at trade shows, Chamber of Commerce events, and industry-specific associations to build a powerful referral engine.
