About The Position
The construction safety manager will oversee safety for the electrical contractor on a Data Center project. This is a 2-year contract position located in Mooresville, IN, with a start date of 5/11. The role involves ensuring a safety-first culture and managing all aspects of safety documentation and compliance.
Requirements
- OSHA 510 certification
- 5+ years of experience
- Experience with data centers
- Experience with electric subcontractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
- Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations

Responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments

- Collaborate with project teams to proactively identify safety risks and mitigate hazards
- Maintain safety performance, incident, and compliance documentation and reports
- Promote a safety-first culture across all levels of the organization
