About The Position
Klinedinst is seeking an attorney with 8 to 12 years of experience in construction litigation, real estate, and/or complex civil litigation to join their growing and dynamic legal team in their downtown Los Angeles office. This role offers the opportunity to handle matters throughout the state. Candidates must be California licensed with strong academic credentials and possess a passion for advocacy, ready to find creative legal solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will be prepared to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and tackle complex issues. Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial is desired. A solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork are critical for success.
