About The Position
RQ Construction, LLC is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to join their Field Operations team. The role will be based on an active military base in Camp LeJeune, NC. The CQCM will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring its performance aligns with contract requirements. This includes timely completion of administrative documentation and fostering customer satisfaction, all in accordance with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Local candidates are preferred.
Requirements
- Ten (10) or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
- Two years' experience as a QC Manager.
- A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.
- Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.).
Nice To Haves
- RMS/QCS training.
- Runway project experience.
- Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs.
- LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate.
- Specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS).
