About The Position

RQC, LLC is a full-service Design-Build firm specializing in accelerated, ground-up commercial construction, with a primary emphasis on Department of Defense work. We are looking for a Construction Quality Control Manager (CQCM) to join our Field Operations team. The CQCM is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, executing its performance according to contract requirements, completing administrative documentation on time, and cultivating customer satisfaction with the client, all in alignment with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Project assignment is on an active military base in Camp LeJeune, NC.

Requirements

Ten (10) or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer required.
Two years' experience as a QC Manager required.
A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate is required.
Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications required.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.) required.
Must provide evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
Must successfully pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check, for access to job site at military base.

Nice To Haves

RMS/QCS training is preferred (training is available).
Runway project experience is preferred.
Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs highly desired.
LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate preferred.
Specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS) preferred.
