About The Position

RQ Construction, LLC is seeking Construction Quality Control Managers (CQCM) to join their Field Operations team at Naval Station Mayport in Jacksonville, Florida. The CQCM is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing a project-specific quality control program, ensuring its performance aligns with contract requirements. This role also involves timely completion of administrative documentation and fostering client satisfaction, all in accordance with RQ's Mission, Vision, and Values. Preference will be given to local candidates. This is an on-site position requiring relocation or travel.

Requirements

Ten (10) or more years combined experience (or equivalent) in the commercial construction industry as a Superintendent, QC Manager, Project Manager, or Project Engineer.
Two years' experience as a QC Manager.
A current USACE CQM for Contractors Certificate.
Level 1 EM 385-1-1, CRP, First Aid, OSHA 30-hour certifications.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.).

Nice To Haves

RMS/QCS training.
Specialty inspection training and licenses/certs.
LEED AP, AP+ or Green Associate (GA) Certificate.
Specific software literacy (Viewpoint/Vista, RMS/QCS).
