TMG’s Construction Quality Control Manager (CQC Manager) is responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities of specific TMG projects to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards. The CQC Manager role includes direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the workflow process, and working with other in-house personnel (e.g., Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product. The CQC Manager reports directly to TMG’s Project Executive for the sake of assuring that a conflict of interest does not occur among the productivity, schedule, and quality objectives of the project. Essential Functions of Quality Control Manager Position Good working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical, or electrical disciplines and a solid understanding of the other disciplines. Good working knowledge of construction means and methods associated with the renovation and construction of commercial and institutional buildings and site work. The ability to effectively communicate with management, subcontractors, customers, and the peer group. Ability to travel to different job sites within a designated geographical area.
