About The Position

Join one of New Mexico's leading commercial general contractors and help build better projects before problems begin. As our Construction Quality & Efficiency Manager, you'll work across preconstruction, estimating, project management, field operations, and safety to identify risk, improve execution, strengthen quality, and drive continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role for an experienced construction professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams deliver exceptional results.

Requirements

10+ years of commercial construction experience with strong knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and the complete project lifecycle.
Proven ability to identify problems, assess risk, and implement practical solutions that improve project outcomes.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across estimating, operations, project management, field leadership, safety, subcontractors, and clients.
Experience with quality management, project reviews, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficiency with construction/project management software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel within the metropolitan area and surrounding regions; valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation required.
