The Project Scheduler is responsible for supporting projects with schedule tracking, schedule development, and provide proactive solutions to mitigate schedule risk. This role requires a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, typing, and using computers at a level normally acquired through completion of a two-year technical or business degree or related field or equivalent experience; and 1-2 years’ experience in a project scheduling role. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read/interpret/analyze construction schedules, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project. They must be able to manage multiple priorities, adapt quickly, make decisions, and contribute as needed, with excellent human relations, confidentiality, and oral/written communication skills.
