Construction Project Scheduler 2 – Airports & Infrastructure

Connico•Cincinnati, OH
•$80,000 - $90,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Connico is hiring a Construction Project Scheduler 2 to support construction scheduling for complex projects across aviation, transportation, energy, and infrastructure. The role is intended for someone with construction experience and some exposure to planning or scheduling who is developing deeper technical proficiency and scheduling judgment. The scheduler works with experienced colleagues to develop work breakdown structures, activities, durations, sequencing logic, schedule updates, and phasing plans. The position assists with schedule development, baseline creation, progress updates, variance identification, documentation, and short- and long-term planning. It also involves reviewing drawings and specifications, considering realistic construction sequencing and site constraints, and participating in site visits and field meetings to connect schedule information with actual construction progress. The successful candidate will build proficiency in Primavera P6 and Connico’s scheduling processes through collaboration, training, mentorship, and quality reviews. The position is hybrid, with in-office work Tuesday through Thursday at either the Hebron, Kentucky (Cincinnati area) or Mt. Juliet, Tennessee (Nashville area) location. Travel of 10–25% is required for site visits, client meetings, and conferences. Salary is $80,000–$90,000 depending on experience, with bonus opportunities.
