The company is seeking a Construction Project Manager to help launch its operations in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) market. As a Project Manager, the individual will be a critical part of the growing construction division, overseeing job estimates, pre-listing repair and home improvement projects, managing day-to-day field operations and service providers (subcontractors), and collaborating with construction and operation teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements

  • Construction Savvy: Hands-on knowledge of general construction principles and key trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, flooring, and painting.
  • Organizational Wizardry: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and juggle deadlines like a pro.
  • Exceptional Communicator: Stellar interpersonal and organizational skills to keep teams and clients aligned.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in construction or a related role, with a knack for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
  • Drive to Grow: Ambition to expand your skills and grow into a full-fledged Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and Coordinate: Plan material orders and subcontractor schedules to meet project demands.
  • Project Oversight: Manage project goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Client Management: Keep clients in the loop with clear, professional communication about schedules and any project changes.
  • Track Progress: Maintain up-to-date schedules reflecting material deliveries, contractor timelines, and project changes to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with service providers and vendors through fairness and professionalism.
  • Quality Control: Oversee punch lists and ensure every detail is addressed for a successful project closeout.
