The Construction Project Manager (Field-Focused) is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and executing radiation shielding construction projects for both domestic and international clients. This role combines traditional project management responsibilities with strong hands-on field leadership , ensuring projects are successfully executed from pre-construction through close-out. The Project Manager maintains a strong presence on active construction sites, coordinating crews, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards, and resolving issues in real time. The role oversees project schedules, budgets, procurement, and subcontractor performance while maintaining close collaboration with internal teams, general contractors, engineers, and clients. This position requires up to 60% travel , which may include day travel or overnight stays depending on project location and scope. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both in the field and managing project responsibilities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards .
