We are growing! Our company is a fast-expanding residential drywall and paint contractor serving the Charleston area. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship while building strong relationships with our clients and team members. We are in search of a Construction Field Manager in the Charleston, SC region for a residential Drywall and Paint company. Field Managers will be provided an opportunity to advance within a fast-growing construction company. The Field Manager is responsible for the scheduling and supervising of all phases from start to finish and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Must be organized and able to coordinate and communicate with a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
Construction knowledge preferred but not required
Project management understanding is a plus
Ability to safely perform physical duties, including regularly lifting and moving materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all phases of residential drywall and paint projects from start to finish.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Determine needed resources including manpower, equipment, and materials.
Plan construction operations and schedule project phases.
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Manage contractors and field staff.
Assign responsibilities and monitor progress.
Supervise laborers and provide guidance as needed.
Ensure all work meets company and client standards.
Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
Identify and report any issues or risks promptly.
Coordinate with multiple teams and disciplines.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
Ensure efficient workflow from project start to completion.
