Construction Field Manager
About The Position
M&M Home Remodeling is hiring a Construction Field Manager to oversee roofing and exterior projects across the western suburbs of Elmhurst, IL. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep jobs moving, crews accountable, and customers happy. The role involves managing roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, materials, and job timelines, performing site visits and quality checks, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard. Communication with homeowners and internal teams is also a key part of the role.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years in construction, roofing, or exterior remodeling
- Experience managing crews or job sites
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Manage roofing, siding, and exterior projects from start to finish
- Coordinate crews, materials, and job timelines
- Perform site visits and quality checks
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to standard
- Communicate with homeowners and internal teams
Benefits
- Up to $85K base salary
- $12K performance bonus potential
- $3K sign-on bonus ($1K at 30/90/120 days)
