AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Management Senior Manager to be based in New York, NY. This position will oversee two New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Design-Build projects. The role involves ensuring all necessary documents and deliverables are uploaded to PMIS, reporting on design and construction schedules, participating in risk management, and ensuring contractor/consultant adherence to program procedures. The Senior Manager will monitor interactions with utility companies, review design documents for proposal conformance, and comment on construction cost estimates and Design-Builder's project schedules. They will attend meetings, follow through on action items, review preconstruction RFIs, and provide on-site management oversight for scope compliance and industry-accepted construction practices. Responsibilities also include tracking permit filing and renewals, monitoring schedule compliance, reporting progress issues and delays, ensuring timely project close-out, confirming turnover training, warranties, and O&M manuals, and ensuring ongoing maintenance is coordinated with Property Management. The role also requires ensuring all project-related documents, including closeout requirements, are correctly filed in e-Builder.
