AECOM is seeking a Construction Project Management Senior Manager to be based in New York, NY. This position will oversee two New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) Design-Build projects. The role involves ensuring all necessary documents and deliverables are uploaded to PMIS, reporting on design and construction schedules, participating in risk management, and ensuring contractor/consultant adherence to program procedures. The Senior Manager will monitor interactions with utility companies, review design documents for proposal conformance, and comment on construction cost estimates and Design-Builder’s project schedules. Responsibilities also include attending meetings, reviewing RFIs, providing on-site management oversight, tracking permit filings and renewals, monitoring schedule compliance, reporting progress issues and delays, ensuring timely close-out, confirming turnover training and manuals, and ensuring ongoing maintenance is coordinated with Property Management. The role also requires ensuring all project-related documents are correctly filed in e-Builder.
