About The Position

Chapter is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern to join their Miami team. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site role with a 6-month commitment, offering real exposure to the day-to-day operations of high-end residential construction and project management. The internship is designed as a long-term growth path, with the potential to transition into an Assistant Project Manager and eventually a Project Manager role. Candidates must have a background in construction through education or experience, and must have access to a car and a valid driver's license. The role is based in Miami, Florida.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
  • Strong interest in construction and project management
  • Background in construction through education, internships, or hands-on experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must currently reside in Miami, FL.
  • Must have access to a car and valid driver's license.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take ownership

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing residential renovation projects from start to finish
  • Support proposal preparation, drawings, material takeoffs, and cost estimates
  • Conduct daily site visits across multiple active projects
  • Assist with client communication throughout project phases
  • Support file management, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Help coordinate procurement and track materials and samples
  • Maintain vendor databases and pricing logs
  • Participate in daily and weekly project management meetings
  • Work closely with construction, design, and operations teams
