About The Position

Join the growing team at RQ Construction, LLC as a Full-Time Construction Project Engineer and put your Construction Management degree to work on real-world projects. While in Cuba, employees receive company-provided housing for themselves and their dependents, a company vehicle, covered utilities, quarterly company-paid trips back home, and eligibility for foreign income exclusion. Role Overview In this role, you'll support commercial construction projects from start to finish while working closely with Project Management, Safety, Quality, and field teams. You'll help coordinate schedules, documentation, workflows, and project progress to keep work moving efficiently and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full construction process while working onsite at Guantanamo Bay.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Computer Literacy (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet, etc.)
  • Specific software literacy (Primavera 3/6, Autodesk, BIM, Revit, Oracle)
  • Willingness to relocate to Guantanamo Bay.
  • Evidence of identity and U.S. work authorization.
  • Pass a drug screening and commercial criminal background check, including a stricter Department of Defense background check.
