The Clark County Department of Aviation (DOA) is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Construction Project Coordinator position. This position will be assigned multiple projects of varying scope and size, including a wide range of construction projects encompassing both DOA-led and tenant-managed initiatives. Individuals in this position will work with multiple Airport Program Administrators and Engineers to help facilitate a wide range of project related tasks for these projects. It is essential the incumbent understands how to budget time accordingly and prioritize work so that tasks are completed on time. Incumbents will utilize Procore or other construction management software for submittal review and processing, Request for Information (RFI) responses, schedule review, meeting minutes, drawing updates, specification referencing, and the documentation of all project related items. Other tasks may include, but are not limited to, utilization of airport mapping tools, preparing reports, drafting of letters and emails, arranging and conducting meetings both in-person and virtually, and operating company vehicles on public/non-secured roadways and on a secured airport ramp. Further, this position will help facilitate communication between contractors, County, Federal, and State agencies, DOA staff, and others to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
