This position plays a critical role in coordinating project assignments, tracking progress, and partnering closely with PDC leadership to ensure effective project execution. The role serves as an administrator for the department’s project management software, ensuring data integrity while coordinating workflows and standardizing processes to support efficient project start-up, delivery, and close-out. Additionally, this role supports project close-out and records management by ensuring required documentation is completed, organized, and properly archived, with materials transitioned to support operational continuity and compliance.
